• Be a senior attending high school in Oklahoma.
• Have at least a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA.
• Plan on attending a 4-year college or university. 
• Provide one (1) official copy of most recent transcript.
• Provide proof of community service or extracurricular activities
• Provide one (1) copy of college acceptance letter.
  
  • Note: Receipient will be required to submit copy of college enrollment before award is granted.
• Provide a one (1) page essay on Why you think college is important.
